Architectural Design Services (NHBRC number 12088) provides you the home owner with the following one stop services:

• Approval of your building plans at the local authorities
• Costing of your home to provide a reference budget plan
• Project management of the proposed dwelling from initiation to completion and handover of occupational certificate
